The DoorWay is a Christian ministry that equips youth, assists individuals struggling with addiction and supports families, without discrimination, through prevention, intervention, counsel, training and support programming.

* Guys’ Winter Camping *
What, are we crazy? Well, probably a little but it was a great time to brave the elements and bond with some of the guys, as we talked about surviving and thriving in elements that aren’t always conducive to our faith and moral decisions.
Pittsburgh Penguin George Laraque Visits The DoorWay
George Laraque blessed us by coming, signing autographs and playing hockey with more than 50 kids at The DoorWay’s new hockey rink. What an awesome time! Special thanks to Mr. Laraque, the Pens and Mr. Benson!
- St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Thanks to the great folks at Tickets for Kids, members of The DoorWay’s Jr. Staff got to be in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade with Mr. McFeely from Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood.
• The Real Meaning of Easter •
We’ve had fun dying eggs, but have also had a chance to talk with the youth who come about the real meaning of Easter. While it was a bit shocking that most didn’t know the story when they came, they do now.
